Is diamond painting beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. No art experience is required. Simply choose a design you love and a canvas size that feels comfortable for your first project.
Smaller canvases are usually quicker to complete, while larger designs offer more detail and a longer creative experience. More colors may mean a little extra sorting, but the process stays simple: match the symbol, pick up the diamond, and place it on the canvas.

What comes with my Kerridwen diamond painting kit?
Each Kerridwen kit includes the essential materials you need to start creating.
The exact contents may vary slightly by design, so please check the product images and the What's Included section on the product page for details.
Most kits include the printed adhesive canvas, colored diamonds, applicator pen, tray, wax pad, and storage bags.
Additional accessories are completely optional.
Does the kit use round or square diamonds?
The diamond shape for each design is listed in the product specifications.
Round diamonds are easy to place and create a bright, softly textured sparkle with tiny spaces between each piece.
Square diamonds fit closely together edge to edge, creating a fuller mosaic-style finish and helping neighboring diamonds naturally line up as you work.
Both are beginner-friendly. The best choice comes down to the look and crafting experience you prefer.
How long does a diamond painting take to complete?
There is no fixed completion time—and that is part of the fun.
Your project time depends on the canvas size, number of diamonds, amount of color variation, and your personal pace.
You can finish it over a weekend or enjoy it little by little across several relaxing sessions. We recommend working in small sections and enjoying the process rather than rushing to finish.
What should I do if my kit arrives damaged or is missing diamonds?
We want every Kerridwen project to arrive ready to enjoy.
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or appears to be missing diamonds or accessories, please contact Kerridwen Customer Care with your order number, the email used for your purchase, a short description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.
Our team will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with our store policies.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after purchase.
Delivery times depend on your destination, local carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available.
Please keep in mind that weekends, holidays, customs processing, and carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
How can I track my Kerridwen order?
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use the tracking link to follow your package as it travels to you. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after the carrier first receives the parcel.
